C-Tours, inc., founded by Wolter D. Witholt, is like many smaller companies, a reflection of its founder’s passions – this Creation, its people, and its many cultures.

Why C-Tours? The name was divinely inspired to be Christ-centered. Our mission statement is: “A Christ-centered tour company with a mission to serve our clients with integrity, a fair price, and a high level of service.”

The “C” also works well with its specialties – Cultural, Choral, Church, Christian, Catholic, Cruise, Culinary and Conventions. There are certainly more.

Born in Brazil to Dutch parents Wolter possesses a natural understanding of world culture, with more than thirty years experience in the travel industry. He has lived and worked in Holland, Japan and Dubai, and brings extensive travel experience to the business. His genuine concern for business partners in the industry has earned him a place of trust and loyalty across the globe. One cannot do this business without trusting reliable partners.

Wolter started C-Tours in July of 2001 with the aim of providing a level of personal service not always available from larger tour operators. The number of tour leaders who return to us for future tours and the comments on this C-Tours website and in our brochure are testimonials that our goal has been consistently attained. This can only be achieved if one has a superb team handling the groups. Connie Latka, Francisco Garcia, Jamie Nihill, and Tammy Witholt all have made their contributions.

Our longstanding relationships with a global network of partners enables us to custom build each tour and provide on-the-ground representatives in the countries toured. This combination of dedicated staff and reliable partners has served our tour leaders well and has allowed us to earn their trust.
